Homeschool Self Defense Seminar

Mrs. Primed Defender is excited to offer this free homeschool self-defense seminar to our Great Falls community! 

In this seminar we will cover how to use your voice, critical self-defense techniques, confidence building, how to better be aware of your surroundings, what signs to look for in predators and SO MUCH MORE! 

Taught by Kenpo Black Belt, Bailey.

Bailey has trained in martial arts since she was 9 years old, she has trained in multiple styles of martial arts over the years with American Kenpo being her primary art. 

Bailey's passion is teaching women and children these potentially life saving skills. 

Chilren ages 8-16 are welcome to join. This is the perfect seminar for chilren who want to build confidence and learn self-defense skills.

What you'll need:

Please arrive 15 minutes early to review and sign a liability wavier. 

Wear comfortable athletic clothing.

Bring water and your favorite nutritious snack! 

We will provide drinks as well. 

Bring an outgoing and positive attitude! Think of this seminar as the ultimate field trip. We will laugh, we will build confidence, we will learn, but mostly we will have a great time.
